Shipping & Returns
SHIPPING POLICY: US shipping can take 1-3 business days to ship. International shipping will take longer depending on geographic location. We will keep you updated via email on your shipping.
RETURN POLICY: Upon delivery, carefully inspect packaging and all items received. All sales are final, with the following exceptions:
- We offer exchanges on items received that show manufacturing defects. In such case, LLV will be responsible for all return shipping costs as well as the shipping costs for exchanged items. Naturally occurring flaws in crystals and handmade items are normal and are not a valid reason for exchange. We do our best to provide accurate photos of all of our products and crystals.
- To be considered valid, all claims must be made in writing and received within 5 days of delivery date.
- Prior to the exchange, the customer must email email@example.com and receive confirmation of acceptance for exchange from LLV before shipping returned merchandise to us.
- LLV is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred through shipping.
- We will not accept merchandise for exchange or return that has been worn, used, altered or damaged due to use.
