We will reply with an authorization number for your return. You are responsible for shipping fees on all returned merchandise. We recommend UPS, but you may select the carrier of your choice. Shipping charges are not refundable. We are not responsible for lost items. Store Credit Only.
We want you to love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. We believe in the quality of our garments. If you are not fully satisfied for any reason with your purchase, Lee Lee’s Valise gladly accepts returns of unused and unaltered item(s) within 10 days of its arrival for an exchange. Exchanges will be processed within 1-2 business days after we receive the returned item(s).
Sale products will not be accepted for exchange, all sale items are final sale, as is.
We do not accept returns on jewelry…all sales are final sale. We do not accept returns on intimate apparel. (This includes Spanx, panties and thongs.) We do not accept returns on all types of handbags. We do not accept returns on formal wear. We do not accept returns on all accessories.
Item(s) that you desire to return must be unworn, unused, unaltered and with all hang tags and labels attached. Lee Lee’s Valise will not accept worn, used, altered item(s) or item(s) without its original hang tags and labels attached for store credit only.
All Returns are for Store Credit ONLY – NO REFUNDS. Store Credit valid for one year after date of return.
When we receive the merchandise, depending on your instructions (see below), we will exchange for desired items. Shipping fees are not refundable, and customer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred when returning item(s).
In the event of special circumstances a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount charged (including all shipping charges.)
A: Please call or send an email for a return authorization number. Send an email to email@example.com for the return address and the exact instructions for returns. You account can not be credited for store credit and exchanges cannot be made without this return authorization number.
B: Please pack and firmly seal up the box with your return. Affix the return label with your return authorization number on the box and mail to:

C: We are not responsible for lost returns. We strongly recommend you track your return. The shipping carriers such as FedEx, UPS, or DHL provide the tracking info as part of the service, while USPS offers delivery confirmation for a small additional fee.
D: Once we receive the item(s), we will notify you via email on record of the store credit or exchange. If the selected exchange item(s) is not in stock in the size/color selected, we will email you.
Lee Lee’s Valise ships Wednesday through Friday. We ship USPS and UPS.
If you require delivery of your merchandise more quickly, we do have overnight and 2-day shipping rates available for your convenience.
While Lee Lee’s Valise makes every effort to have items in stock, occasionally certain items sell out. Any out of stock items will not be added to your cart. We are unable to accept back orders at this time.Please call 718-246-5337 if you have any questions concerning out of stock items on the website.They maybe available in the store.
A tracking number will be provided so that you may track the status of your shipment. Please note that it may take 24 hours before tracking information is available by the carrier.
When estimating when your Lee Lee’s Valise merchandise will arrive, please consider the following: -
There are certain holidays (Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Martin Luther King Day, Presidents Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day, New Years Day, etc.) that we will not pickup or deliver

If you’d like to cancel or change your order, please call 1.718.246.5337 as soon as possible. We’ll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders to you quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process. In the event of special circumstances a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total amount charged (including all shipping charges.)
Follow the care instructions on the sewn-in label of the garment. Actual shrinkage results will depend upon care. Washing a garment in hot water and drying it with hot air will increase shrinkage, while washing in cold water and air-drying will minimize shrinkage. For best results, dry clean only.
